I had a mixed experience at Pelican Hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of South Beach, making it easy to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere and access the beautiful beach. On the downside, I encountered a few issues with reception staff who weren't very helpful in resolving my taxi situation. The unique room decor was a delight, though I did find the bathroom setup a bit odd. Overall, I enjoyed the charm of the hotel but faced some challenges with service and room amenities.
